“When I reached the final phase before my exams during my studies, I panicked because I realised that I couldn't concentrate properly. I was constantly distracted and did everything except study. At some point, I was so restless that I could hardly sleep, I was anxious and always exhausted. I had already been to many doctors to have my health checked, but no one could find anything wrong until someone told me about ADHD and neurofeedback. I had never heard of it before, but it sounded logical and sensible. At first, the neurofeedback training sessions were very difficult and so exhausting that I even had to lie down and sleep at home after the first few sessions. But over time, it got better and better. The documentation provided as feedback helped me develop an awareness of when I was drifting off. Over time, I was able to refocus more quickly and easily. I was able to prepare well for the exams and passed them all. After the intensive training with 25 sessions on a weekly basis, I have been coming back for training 1-2 sessions a year for the last 3 years because it did me good. And even three years later, I still notice the effect. My concentration has become really good and I can focus on a topic for a long time.
